Urban Ministry You can be involved in an inner-city project in Indianapolis and Chicago that addresses needs related to inequality, injustice or poverty.
Indiana Catholic Conference For those who wish to work for systemic change, we are in liaison with the ICC which works to defend human dignity through law and public process.

Service Opportunities We can help you build a closer tie between faith and service.
Ongoing projects include: Volunteering at LUM's homeless shelter, providing meals for the homeless, etc.o Helping Habitat for Humanity provide modest, well-built housing for low-income families. o Celebrating Ecumenism and the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. during the Liturgy in January.o Remembering Oscar Romero, the martyred archbishop of El Salvador. We pray and work to close the School of the Americas, Fort Benning, Georgia, where his assassins were trained.
Mother Teresa Fund We assist needy families and individuals by providing financial assistance to Lafayette Urban Ministry (LUM) in downtown Lafayette.
Jubilee Christmas We help area low-income families experience the joy of Christmas by working with LUM to supply gifts and volunteers for the Jubilee Christmas program.
