Our Mission Statement:

In collaboration with the pastoral staff, the Health Cabinet will work to enhance the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social well-being of the St. Thomas Aquinas community.


Purposes:

  • To participate in the ongoing transformation of the faith community at St. Thomas into a source of health and healing.

  • To build up and strengthen the capacities of individuals, families, and congregations to understand and care for one another in the light of their relationship to God, our Catholic faith tradition, and the broader society.

  • To build up and strengthen the capacities of individuals, families, and congregations to understand and care for one another in the light of their relationship to God, our Catholic faith tradition, and the broader society.

  • To assist and empower individuals to become more active partners in the management of their personal health resources.

  • To foster new and creative responses to health care concerns.
